Thanks to the combined machines of the BIG line you can obtain a high-quality product by optimizing operating costs, production capacity, space and consumption. Continuous and synchronized production thanks to the perfect internal connection between the heating and the batch freezing cylinders. Each gelato flavor can be individually balanced and ingredients can be added during the heating or the batch freezing phases.

Big / Big Junior is available in following sizes:

BIG Junior E - table top model, production per cycle 5 l.
BIG 1E - floor model, production per cycle 5 l.
BIG 2E - floor model, production per cycle 9 l.
BIG 3E - floor model, production per cycle 12 l.
BIG 4E - floor model, production per cycle 20 l.
