Display case for pastry

CLOUD
Design by Makio Hasuike & Co. + IFI R&D

Pastry that look like they are floating in a cloud of light that can change color and intensity as desired. The same light makes it lift the entire cabinet off the ground, thanks to a stand that has a backlight that gives a reduction effect from top to bottom. Its depth of only one meter is a record for a professional display case with a double evaporator.

HCS (High Performance Closing System) is a high performance door closing system invented by IFI to improve the quality of gelato storage, hygiene and energy savings. The system, with the help of an integrated sensor, ensures a reduction in the number of defrosting cycles based on the actual opening time of the display case and prevents the entry of outside air.
Ambient operating conditions: +35°C and 60% relative humidity.

The CLOUD display case has two options for closing the exhibition space door:
1. VETRO HCS - Glass door with hydraulic mechanism
2. SCORR HCS - Plexiglas door with sliding mechanism

The upper shelf is neutral, ie without cooling.
