HCS (High Performance Closing System) is a high performance door closing system invented by IFI to improve the quality of gelato storage, hygiene and energy savings. The system, with the help of an integrated sensor, ensures a reduction in the number of defrosting cycles based on the actual opening time of the display case and prevents the entry of outside air.

Pastry
MILIA has a specially designed cooling system, which also enables cooling of the lower shelf, in a two-shelf version. This cooling system allows a temperature range of + 4 ° C / + 8 ° C on the lower surface, up to + 8 ° C / 12 ° C on the middle shelf, with an ideal 60-70% humidity for confectionery products. The upper shelf is neutral, ie without cooling.
