CUBIKA is a strong and square display case, with an aggressive and likable design, transparent surfaces and a large exhibition capacity. CUBIKA is destined to attract attention thanks to its unusual shape and extremely efficient LED lighting. This showcase model is available in 3 different height configurations: 1151mm, 1351mm and 1450mm.

HCS (High-performance Closure System) is the high-performance rear locking system invented by Ifi to improve the quality of gelato storage, hygiene, and energy savings. The system, with the help of an integrated sensor, ensures a reduction in the number of defrost cycles based on the actual time the display case is open and limits the access of external air to serving time only.

CUBIKA is available in the following versions:

Ice cream
Operating mode: -2°C / -18°C
Ambient operating conditions: + 35°C and 60% relative humidity.

Pastry
CUBIKA has a specially designed cooling system, which allows cooling of each shelf. This cooling system allows a temperature range of 6°C on the lower shelf, up to 12°C on the upper upper shelf, with an ideal 70% humidity for confectionery products.

General operating mode: +4°C / +8°C
Operating mode with shelf cooling control: +6°C / +12°C

4 SEASONS (ice cream / pastry)
The change of operating mode is performed via a specially marked switch on the control unit.
Operating modes:
BT function -12°C / -18°C
TN function +4°C / +8°C (60-70% humidity)

Pralines / pastry
The CUBIKA praline / pastry display case is equipped with a cooling system with one-way air flow and humidity control. Operating temperature of +14 ° C with 50% relative humidity is suitable for storing chocolate products. CUBIKA praline / pastry has two showcases in one: the same showcase can be used for pralines (+14°C with 45% relative humidity) or for pastry (+4°C / +8°C with 60%-65% relative humidity) air); just change the setting on the control unit.
